It was a critical time for Thomson and its RCA brand.  Thomson wanted to make a big splash with its new product introductions, both to an internal audience of sales people and to its dealers and distributors.  So they decided to stage a weeklong series of meetings at the newly-opened Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.  And they asked us to be strategic partners in creating and producing the event.

We were selected to provide a turnkey package for both meetings, including theme development, art direction, stage design and construction, extensive video module production, and speech writing and graphic support.  We managed the entire production on-site, including general session and Breakout Room stagings.  And we also produced more than 10 of the Breakout Room presentations, in formats ranging from PowerPoint to DVD to HDTV.
